This is probably the best restaurant on our trip to Hanoi. On the way here, we saw a singer performing. My friend and I watched for a while and realized that we were separated from the main group. Then we searched for a long time before we found the restaurant and went upstairs. The restaurant is on the top floor of Elegance Hotel. I have to say that the environment is really great, overlooking the surrounding night view. When ordering, the waiter will ask you patiently. We ordered two sets of meals. The chicken shreds in the chicken soup noodles were a bit dry, but they were torn very finely and matched with the soup, so the dry taste could basically be ignored. I didn’t like the beef rice noodles very much, but the rice noodle vegetable soup tasted great, and it seemed that black stones were put in it to maintain the temperature. I recommend that you must try the fried spring rolls when you go there. They are crispy and delicious. How can you experience the taste when paired with the restaurant’s secret sauce, haha

Vietnam was a French colony for a long time, so a school of French-Vietnamese cuisine has developed in Vietnam. This school of French-Vietnamese cuisine focuses on the French style of atmosphere, combined with the blended and optimized Vietnamese flavors, forming a unique school of romantic French cuisine.

The salmon stew in this old restaurant tastes particularly delicious. From preparing food, seasoning, spices to cooking, it is very hard and laborious, and the taste is super fragrant and unique. The salmon stew here is made from squid and salmon, cut into squares. The chef still leaves the thick skin outside to make the fish more resilient and not soft. When fried, the fish fillets are yellowish brown, soft and sweet, and the sauce is a delicious fish sauce, with onions and small fennel, rich and unique taste.

On the first day in Hanoi, the hotel staff recommended us to eat at this restaurant. They only have beef, no wonder the hotel staff asked us if we wanted beef. We chose well-done, and then ordered another serving of fried dough sticks. The noodles cost 60K, and the fried dough sticks seemed to be 10. The taste was good, the soup base was delicious, and it tasted different when soaked with fried dough sticks. The amount of beef was quite sufficient, but I felt a little bit overwhelmed at the end, and later I thought it might be better to order a mixture of half well-done and half medium-done. There was only lemon on the table, no one-pot dish. I added a lot of lemon, I liked the taste. The sliced chili was super spicy. I brought my baby in the stroller, and the waiter specially arranged a corner seat for me and carefully turned off the fan. Someone who wanted to sit over immediately said that there was a baby, and he was reassigned a seat.

This is the restaurant with the most abundant dishes I have eaten in Hanoi. The food is delicious. There are a lot of people. It costs more than 100 RMB for two people + drinks. We were too full and didn't finish the meal.

越南比较少见的清真餐厅。来吃饭的都是戴头巾的,具体是信什的大家其实心里也有数。如果不是周围其他的店家都满座或者排队,肚子饿得实在受不了,其实我是不太会来这种餐厅吃饭的。
